Please ensure all original tags are attached and the footwear is returned in its original box to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your initial delivery.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized Canada Post location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
